Return Polices

1. Cancellation Fee: In case the order is canceled after being issued, a cancellation fee of 35% of the total order amount will be applied.

2. Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been tampered with, damaged, or shows signs of use.

3. Return Request Period: The customer has a period of 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Return requests submitted outside of this period will not be processed.

4. Return Process: To initiate the return process, the customer must contact our customer service team and provide the purchase invoice and the reason for the return. Once the return is approved, instructions for shipping the product will be provided.

5. Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Refunds: Once the returned product is received and inspected, the customer will be notified regarding the approval or denial of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.
